NATIONAL AAU GYMNASTICS HANDBOOK
The National AAU program follows USAG rules and updates unless specifically stated otherwise on the current AAU National Gymnastics Program Handbook and Allowances. Coaches & Clubs are responsible for checking the USAG website for any updates made to the program.
NC AAU MODIFICATIONS
NC AAU offers Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond & Levels 6-10 competition.
Bronze Vault: Only ONE vault is permitted. A second vault will be allowed for unusual circumstances or if the one vault receives an average score below 4.00. The Chief Judge should inform the coach in this instance for the option of a second vault attempt.
