NC AAU MODIFICATIONS
NC AAU Gymnastics closely follows National AAU Rules (which follows USA Gymnastics with slight modifications). Here you will find the modifications that vary from the National AAU Handbook.
NATIONAL AAU GYMNASTICS HANDBOOK
National AAU Compulsory, Optional and Xcel Program will follow USAG rules and updates unless specifically stated otherwise on the current AAU Girls Gymnastics National Rules, Routines and Modifications Quick Reference Guide. Coaches and Clubs are responsible for checking the USAG website for any updates to the Xcel Program.
